Medicare Certified since 2006
We have been Medicare-certified since 05/12/2006 and have provided the following services since its inception—Skilled Nursing services including wound care, IV infusion, and specialty programs like CHF and COPD, Physical/Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Services, and home health aide. We also provide personal care attendant services. We assist patients in making arrangements for all necessary medical equipment.
Staff Are Fully Credentialed
All our staff are fully credentialed in their appropriate field. We ensure the safety of our patients by completing thorough background checks and ongoing training for our employees to help ensure the safety and quality of their care.
Excellent in Communication
We’ve had good ratings for communication and the safety of our patients. We ensure a smooth transition from hospital, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility to home, and we help patients manage medications, supplies, and activities of daily living to ensure safety at home. We have open communication with our patients about the cost of service and what percentage insurance covers. For those who have Medicare, we do not charge additional fees.
